Intentional FT Violations

You could issue a technical based on rule 10.1 art 5- allow the game to develop into an action less contest....although the thin line is where do you call this?
I'd probably stop play after the 2nd offense and let the coach know of my intentions if the next free throw results in a miss and an infraction that a T will be called.
