Is it disrespectfully addressing an official?

If at the start of the game when the officials go introduce themselves to the coach A, coach A turns and walks away and extends a short arm, dead fish hand-shake.

Does this send the wrong message to team A, or anyone else?

NF Rule: 10-4-1a. ?
