A1 throws the ball toward her teammate near my sideline. It's an errant pass, and is going out of bounds. Nobody in bounds touches the ball. The ball hasn't hit anything out of bounds yet when A2 catches the ball, while standing well out of bounds.

Where is the ensuing throw in for B? At that spot, or on the endline where the errant throw in originated from?

What's the violation for? Answer that, and you'll have your throw-in spot.
