Based on some feedback from a couple games this season, I'm wondering if I'm getting too close to some plays at T. Is there an optimal distance from the play that is "close enough" to look like you're "on top of it" but far enough away that you can see the whole play without being "right on top of it"?
What think ye?

Am I reading this correctly? You referee frontcourt activity 10 to 15 feet in the backcourt? Is this because you are getting slower in your old age or what? ![]()

In the frontcourt, I go where I need to go to see what I need to see. I'm the last person who worries about getting beat down the floor as the new lead. If it happens, it happens. |
