consecutive timeouts

A1 shoots the ball with less than a second left in the game and gets fouled with no time left on the clock, the shot rolls off the rim. team A is down 60-59 as the buzzer sounds. can team B call consecutive timeouts at his point to ice the shooter?

There can be no successive timeouts at this point.

Read case book play 5.12.3 Situation A.
