End of game time out NFHS
If a team has time outs remaining at the end of regulation can they use one of those before the overtime starts???

Yes, as long as they're not successive timeouts.

Also, teams may not be granted timeouts before the ball becomes live to start the game.

They can use one timeout as long as their opponent has not already used one after time expired for the 4th quarter.
