I tried the belt. It works okay, but you know what works even better? Soccer shorts.

Wear soccer shorts under the pants, and tuck the shirt into the shorts.

Tucking your shirt into your compression shorts works if all you're wanting to do is keep your shirt tucked in. The flex belt really helps keep your pants up as well, so I always wear it.
