Case book question: multiple fouls
4.19.11 Situation:B1 and B2 foul A1 at the same timewhile A1 is A driving down the lane B in the act of shooting a successful or unsuccessful two point try C a successful three point try
Ruling: One free throw for each foul in A,B, and C... Is this one of those mistakes they have just missed or have written wrong? Surely in A, if someone is just going down the lane, they wouldn't get two shots. I know you could be in the act of shooting driving down the lane, but in B, it covers "in the act of shooting" so I don't think that is what they meant. Clarification? And, how many multiple fouls like this have you guys/gals called??? me personally have never seen it called in all my years of basketball.

I never have but I had a good friend call that about 45 years ago in a game that we did together. And I still mention it to him every chance I get.

I didn't realize they sold Ensure in brown glass bottles. Probably about time I started looking into things like that.
