Coaches definitely need more knowledge of rule 3-5 Art. 3 ... the appropriate colors of headbands and wristbands is of vital importance to how the game is played!
 On a more serious note, many young officials would benefit greatly by having a greater understanding of correctable errors (rule 2-10). Just my .02.
