There's been a fair amount of discussion on our state's message board.
The way we handle jewelry in basketball is very different than track and field. In basketball, we discover jewelry, and say "take it off." There are no retroactive penalties in our sport for jewelry. My question is this: Does thread or cloth constitute jewelry? I always considered jewelry as something metallic, hard plastic, or beads.
