It's a straight judgment call as to whether the foul on the shooter was intentional in nature, as is whether the high-five after is "taunting" also.

And from the description I wouldn't second-guess anyone who went either way on both calls. It's all in the eye of the beholder.....and the beholder is the calling official.

How's that for wishy-washy?
