If there's one thing I dislike about working here is the whole 2-person / 3-person thing. The state could be stronger and move everyone in the direction of 3-person for varsity but they haven't pushed hard enough for it.

It's the same way here. A couple of conferences use 3 officials but the rest of them are all 2-person. It feels odd going back and forth between the two.
