I'm pretty sure Nevada would rescind his T on the fan if it turned the fan was on the court due to a heart attack.

But not if the fan was on the court to attend to his/her child who was having a heart attack.

Good point, they don't need to be there. They'll just get in the way.

On the contrary, the floor is reserved exclusively for the players and the officials. The fan has NO BUSINESS having a heart attack on the floor. He should have his heart attack in the stands, where the ticket he purchased has granted him access to have his heart attack.
