Dibbs,
In a situation like that I will hold my whistle to see what happens to the shot. If it goes in I have a no call, if it misses and the violator is in position for a rebound I blow it. Advantage/disadvantage has to be used when call 3 seconds otherwise we'd be calling that all night.
