Throw-in Violation?
A1 is attempting a throw-in. The ball is bounced and contacts the END LINE and then is controlled by A2 inbounds. Would this be a violation for the ball contacting the end line?
As I understand, a player may contact a endline/sideline when making a throw-in since they have OOB status and the line is OB, but they may not touch the inbounds court. Thanks!
