The part I imagine is tough is working a night game and having to be on the first flight the next morning. I travel for a living (not as much as Welmer in-season, but I've averaged about 130K miles a year for the past 6 years) and if I *need* to be somewhere for an appointment the same day, I'm on the first flight in the morning.
So I would take a nap, too, if I were him, as well as get some cardio in during the afternoon.
It's not easy, but unlike us, this is his job.
