What the other's have said about having a good and thourough pre-game is correct. I'm not 100% sure what you mean about reconciling calls, but I'll throw in a little more information. There are times when some of this happens in that if something gets called a certain way on one end of the floor, the crew will try to make sure it get's called on the other end the same way. For instance, if we have a good high quality game going with both teams playing good and scoring and I have a dipstick partner who calls "three seconds", I am going to inwardly frown and tell myself to watch for the same thing on the other end. If it is just not there, fine, but if it can be called on the other end, I will get it, then hopefully, they will get the message. Right or wrong, this is the way things get handled alot at the upper levels, some of it I agree with and some I do because I am expected to.
