She took a bunch of quick, choppy steps just prior to receiving the pass, but once she caught the ball she may have had only one foot one the floor and then executed a good jump stop by jumping off of that foot and landing on two followed by going up for the try.

I haven't seen it is slow motion and picked it apart yet though.
It looked odd, but I'm not convinced that it was illegal.

She received the ball with at least the right foot, possibly both feet, on the floor.
She stepped out with the left foot, then hopped and landed on both feet.
Almost brought me up out of my chair.
