Tourney Techs

How about Raferty and his moron partner questioning both showboating dunk technicals today on the OSU and Pitt dunks... Those are the kind of comments that give us so much grief when we have to call them... Both of them were spot on... The OSU one was a minor chin up combined with a definite backboard slap and the Pitt one was a definite chin up... There is no responsibility in commentating.
