Part of my routine has been to do about 45 minutes on an elliptical trainer daily. And the answer is: At least 10 days. My first baseball game is 12 days from now.

And for those who are wondering, Eastover is not an abbreviation for East Overshoe. It is a real place. At least it was on one of the exit signs I went by on my drive down here.
