Sounds like you were having a bit of a rough night. I don't see anything wrong with R saying you need to get in the game. There are some nights I may be a bit off and not as focused. So...a little directive to get in the game is helpful and I get in the game. A little nudge doesnt hurt, we all need a little correctable encouragement, but i will say it all depends on how one delivers it...
It's a meaningless phrase. Actually I thought we were doing fine.
