You should also know that people are watching. The help you get from these games are exposure. You do a good job, you'll get called back. You screw it up, it will hurt any future post season assignments and maybe your schedule for next season.

Agreed...you can't work a sectional final until you've worked a first round regional....under normal circumstances at least....and on the boys side forget about it, too much competition...
