How many techs?
Anybody have more descriptive information on this? What was the breakdown of Class A and Class B technicals received?
The NCAA has a rule that three Class As are not possible. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Updated: January 24, 2009, 1:01 AM ET Jarvis suspended for at least 1 game Comment Email Print Associated Press BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Florida Atlantic suspended coach Mike Jarvis for at least one game after he received three technical fouls during the most recent defeat for the struggling Owls. Jarvis won't coach Saturday's game at Arkansas State, and the Sun Belt Conference is reviewing the matter, school spokeswoman Katrina McCormick said Friday. "Right now he has only been suspended for one game," McCormick said. "I can't say that's all it will be. The university and coach Jarvis are going to continue working through it with the league office." Jarvis was ejected from Thursday's loss to Louisiana-Monroe after receiving three of the four technical fouls called on the Owls. The 94-88 defeat was the 11th in a row for Florida Atlantic, which is 4-16 overall and 0-8 in the league. Jarvis didn't answer phone calls to his house Friday night. His son, Mike Jarvis II, will coach the Owls at Arkansas State. Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press |

All four were direct technical fouls assessed to Jarvis, one evidently for bumping an official. An official had to ask police to escort him from the floor.
