First of 2 Free Throws...

Team B steps in early thinking it is 1 and 1, meanwhile, A1"s FT is an airball. I know on the 2nd of 2 shots, you would go to the arrow. But can't find what to do on first of two shots?? Thanks

Unless the official deemed that the shooter was disconcerted by the violation, then it's a double violation, and you shoot the second shot as if nothing else happened.

Administer the 2nd FT. 9-1 Penalty section #3.
