At least it's a step in the right direction. I suggest no overtimes at all. If the game ends in a tie, the winner is decided by the captains doing rock, paper, scissors.

I'd like to see some of the "fashion police" rules go away... like tights, color of headbands and wristbands. Other than that, no TO from the coach.

Sudden Death Overtime
What year did this rule go out? Didn't this take place if the first OT ended in a tie? or was it after more OT,s. I remember watching some games with sudden death OT but can't recall all the details. Any help? This was in Indiana HS basketball.

My rec league that I ran back in college had a sudden death rule, but as far as I can remember, OT has been part of the game since I could rememeber
