disqualification

I recently had a situation where Team A had few players and after several members had 5 fouls ended up with 4 team A players. Question is, should the coach be given the 20 second player replacement time to provide advice to the remaining 4 players or because there are no substitues available, should have this 20 second time been canceled?

There is no replacement interval when there are no replacements available.

This was covered in the POEs a few years ago.
