I think there was a basketball game going on and ...

... the situation changed.

Ask the coach if he still wants the time out. If yes, grant it, if no, don't grant it.

Or, if he has been a d!ick, grant it, or if you feel like being one, grant it.

I would tell Coach B that I would do the exact same for him... unless his name is Dick.
