Defensive violations are always delayed.
If you ignore A2's violation, which you should if it's caused by B2, then you only have a defensive (delayed) violation. The case play is clear that a delayed violation carries over to through a timeout.

You are incorrect.

You better go have a teaching moment with your head instructor. Remember that guy? The one who loudly says, "These guys suck," at scrimmages.

I must say that whole post rubbed me the wrong way. :mad:
You listed a bunch of things that the officials working the court did incorrectly as if you and Mr. Head Instructor are so far above them, yet you have demonstrated some serious lack of understanding about some rules situations yourself on this forum. :(

I would advise you to focus on your own rules knowledge and cease pointing out the failings of others.
