What is the advantage, or purpose, of wearing the looped lanyards, tight to the throat with the V-neck shirts?
I see it a lot at the college level, and I am thinking it is a fashion statement that looks odd. I see it as a potential threat to safety. I am hoping there is a purpose, or a requirement. Thanks. mick
