Two for NFHS.
4-19-13 . . . A team foul is any personal foul or technical foul which is charged to either team. All team fouls are counted to reach the bonus free throw.

Two for NCAA (both men and women):
Rule 4, Section 11, Art. 3.

The team-foul total shall consist of a combination of the following
fouls:
a. (Men) Personal fouls, direct and flagrant technical fouls.
b. (Women) Personal fouls and all technical fouls.

Note:
Player-control fouls and team fouls charged to bench personnel shall
count toward the team-foul total and bonus.
