Thanks JRutledge, out state handles everything. We have administrators from schools across the state that set all the pay scales (game fees & mileage). The coaches from the state select the trny officials by ballot, send them in to our state high school association and then they select what officials to do what games. We as officials basically have NO say into what happens with anything. We have representatives from all regions to express our view but in the end, the board of control has the final say. We're interested in breaking off in order to have more input.
