While I agree there is no replacement for experience and have heard many times to do as many games as possible, I find at my advanced age (47) if I do 5 or 6 games a day, I am just not as sharp and can't get up and down the court as well as I would like......hence the "diminsihing returns" others have spoken of many times. |
