Local officials association awards

My high school association gives an award for outstanding achievement on the court. A separate award is given for outstanding service to the association. We also give a sportsmanship award to one school in the area we service. And we give $1000 scholarship awards to two seniors.

An association to which I used to belong gives out an annual "Mr. T." award. It's kind of a joke, but I won it three years in a row, so they named it after me.

A few years ago, my local kids rec league group presented me with a golden whistle. Actually, it was a toy whistle painted gold. Hey - they don't have a big budget. Seriously, it's really a nice little chatzke to hand out to someone.
