Ron Pilo at State in WA

Just got back from watching the state 2A championships in Tacoma, Washington. Ron Pilo, a contributor here, did a fine job on one of the girls 2A semi-finals. In fact, he did so good that he will be working the girls 2A championship game tonight. Congratulations Ron.

Nothing new for Ron. Congrats.

I just wish he would frequent this forum on a more regular basis.

And, of course, everything he learned about officiating came from here.

I remember that when Pilo wrote, thankful people read and took the information to the bank.

Again, Ron??? Geeze, give someone else a chance every now and then why don'tcha??!!

Seriously, as one who has had the privelege of officiating with Ron before, he is an outstanding official, but more importantly he is an outstanding person. Truly one of the nicest people I have ever met!

Congrats Ron....

I have not had the pleasure of working with Ron...but, did have the pleasure of meeting him a few years back. A class guy...even though he is from the "other side of the Cascades."
