Don't do the math.
Here's a website that does it for you.

Math Skills

I guess with all the math questions, it shows why they only allow numerals 0 - 5 on a uniform!! I run out of fingers & toes when you starting talking 'squares'.

My fat test - you can't see lil' willie, then it's time to put down the doughnut!

Body Mass Index :
Divide your weight in pounds by the square of your height in inches, then multiply by 703.
If the resulting number is below 25 you are not over-weight.
If it is 25 to 29 you, like 34% of Americans aged 20 to 74. are over-weight..
If your BMI number is 30 or higher you, like 27% of adults, have super-sized yourself. You are obese.

If it's over 35,you're a basketball!
Hey...where does it take into account age? There should be a BMIA. That will tell you if you are not only Fat...but old to boot!

Lets see...I'm 6' 4" and 285. That means I'm a 34.6875. To get under 30 I would have to drop to 246. Havent been there since I learned what Beer was!

To quote a great man from South Park...Hey...I'm not fat...just big boned!

3 Quick Fat Jokes: You know you're too fat when your floors buckle, but your belts won't.

Fat? He has more pounds than the London Mint.

Fat? When he was born, they smashed a bottle of champagne against his side.

Larks - BMI Challenged!
