People!
Here is a classic example of the intent of the rules. Even if this motion is not specifically prohibited according to the rules - the intent of the rules definitley does make this action illegal. We should remember that just because an action/event is not specifically prohibited, it does not been that it is allowed by the rules. Let's use our heads a bit.....
