Was this an IESA game? If it was you can file a report similar to what the IHSA has, but I do not think it is online like the Special Report. You might have to fax the information to the IESA Office. Even without the assignor giving you a game, you can say something to the Athletic Director.

If this was not an IESA game (or not associated with any specific association), then I would say something to the AD and not go back to that school. That is always an option you have.
