Opening tip, A1 tips 3 times. I blow whistle for violation and announce it. Howler monkey A (yes, they haven't evolved at all) yells, "WHAT KIND OF A F***ING CALL WAS THAT???"

Yes, I have ejected coaches and players prior to a game, but for starting a game and then ejecting someone, that's my personal record.
