Back court or not????

situation 1. A1 is dribbling in the backcourt and brings the ball across the division line, and all 3 points are over, so the ball has obtained front court status. A1 then passes to A2, but it is tipped by B1, and the touched by A2 in the frontcourt causing it to go into the backcourt, and A1 grabs the ball inthe back court. is it bakcourt violation?

situation 2. A1 shoots the ball and it goes off the backboard, tips A2's hand and goes into the backcourt. if any of A's teammates get the ball, is it backcourt??
i know on the shot, there is no team possession, so i was wanting to know if A2 touches it in the front court, does that give the ball front court status, as well as team control for A therefore not allowing the ball to be touched in the backcourt with out violating??
