Mem/UConn
Watching the first 10 minutes or so I thought god this is just an ugly game.
UConn looked horrible, literally throwing the ball out of bounds on several occasions, down 20-5. This is going to be a blowout, just ugly ugly early season basketball on both ends what else can I watch. Then things get interesting. First the was a BI. Then we have a T on Calipari. Then a personal foul followed by a player T on Memphis. Block, charge, charge on what seemed like successive trips. UConn takes the lead going into the locker room. Entertainment wise, not so bad afterall, still ugly early season basketball though. ![]() Last edited by eyezen; Fri Nov 16, 2007 at 10:54pm. |

That would be Memphis University, not UMASS. Calipari has not been at UMASS in about 10 years.
Peace

I haven't seen those guys before. Calhoun was certainly under wraps- not so for Calipari-those two do not break bread together. I must be used to Timmy, Jimmy, etc. Nichols must have thought the 2K Championship wasn't that important.......a No 3 playing an unranked.

I got a bit confused by the title. I'm pretty sure UMass and UConn don't play each other any more.
