Not sure how it works. Think it has something to do with backing a delivery truck up to the dock.

ok...

The test is a recorded cd/tape with programmed ''beeps''.
You will start on the beep, then you must run to the other line which is 20 meters away and step on the line on the secound beep, and so on.
The test will go faster and faster.
The FIBA test have 3 ''steps'' tha you must clear, every step will go faster than the other.
So... After 86 laps you are finnished( i did 87:)

Yes, end of last season. I ran 99 laps then the supervisor turned the tape off...
We had to do 86 to pass the test- I suppose you had the same limit?

You can find an mp3 version here at FIBA Americas. It starts with an explanation, but basically you have to be at the 20 m (~ 66 ft) mark at each beep and turn around. The pace increases every minute.
