I know we beat this horse a few weeks ago, but unless he is actually on the bench, I would be inclined to just have him escorted.

As I may have posted earlier, we've been told to handle it this way. He's the varsity coach and he's part of the basketball program at the school. He had two warnings, which is more than I would have given him. He is not a fan.
