My favorite shoe, the New Balance BB610BP, comes in a mid-cut. I'm pretty sure Nike makes a black high top, but I don't know what it is.

Wow, now that's one catchy name. Couldn't they come up with something a little fancier with more pop, like, "Black Leather Athletic Shoe?"

I think BB designates basketball and BP designates Black Patent, but I'm not sure.

Can you tell I have friends who work at Nike?
They probably refer to the other company as 'Off Balance'. Am I right? Am I right?
