Probably the wise fan explained to the uninformed fan that it was the home team that was not getting up the court and if the ref's were too dumb to remember the 10-second rule, then they didn't want to remind you. (I doubt a fan knew that the 10-second rule didn't apply to girls. Thats giving a lot of credit....)
