Small Blue NCAA patch this year
I refereed the NCAA soccer tournament this year -- instead of the big black patch, they gave us blue NCAA patches so small that you can barely see them on TV. If you look closely at tonite's games, you'll see them!

As they say on the court/field -- "good eye, ref!"

Have fun watching the tourney!

If you have a High Definition Television, you can see the patch up close rather easily. They are wearing a little blue patch over the left side of their chest.

Do you mean like 1080i or 1080p?
