To the second question,
player stole ball at midcourt and was going in for a layup with defender following, he then pushed player from behind with both hands to the back.

I originally stated that it should have been two free throws and the ball, and then asked if a T had been given after the fact, because that's the only way that 4 free throws could have been awarded. Agreed?
