Question on an out of bounds play being discussed
by our local association. Player A steals ball, dribbles twice and momentum takes the player out of bounds, player leaves ball in bounds - player comes back in bounds and then controls ball again with a dribble. No other players have touched the ball in the mean time? Is this an out of bounds violation or not?
