Time out request?
A1 is heavily defended and throws a 'pass' to avoid pressure. Pass hits the floor, and A2 attempts to save the ball (almost successfully) from going out of bounds. Somewhere around the time the ball hits the floor during the pass, the coach for A requests a timeout. I refuse the TO request thinking there's no clear team (or player!) control.
Correct ruling?
