i was asked twice in the last couple weeks to stay and do the girls sophmore game as part of a double header. these games were very tough for me to call. no body control, no ball control and the girls would take any contact as personel. i felt i called alot of fouls but could of called alot more. warned a defensive player not to scream in offensive players face on a uncontested lap up. of course she told her coach (clueless) at which she could not understand why this would be an unsporting act. well im just venting alittle, i love the game of basketball but this was far from it.

Where is that annoying grammar guy when you need him??

If the defender was behind the play, imo that isn't usually viewed as an unsporting act if there wasn't any profanity involved.

Judgment call though, I guess. Personally, I usually leave that one alone
