Just went to the treo 700p and its working great! Had 4 conversations with conference assignors in last 2 days. I like the smooth interfacing of information and technology without multiple

Also, (as a backup) I sync treo with my Mac daily AND each 2 weeks I print out remainder of my schedule and store a copy in my vehicle and a copy in my travel bag.

As for the mileage and expenses aspect, I just diary entry thru Palm Desktop or directly into Treo for each assignment the respective data (including if I did or didn't get paid on site, when I received payment, mileage, expenses,etc), and at end of year I compile into a spreadsheet for computation.
